unit的水费都是service费用没有usage。因为水表只有一个，你用的水费是包含在strata levy里面。

如果是house或者town house,一般租客付water usage;如果是apartment, 水费包括在物业费中，就不用租客付了。

悉尼UNIT的水费都是房东付的, 没租客的事

悉尼的HOUSE, VILLA, TOWNHOUSE有独立水表, 是房东付服务费，租客付USAGE

你告诉房东，任何bill上是你的名字，你就付。不是就不付！我以前租房也是这样，都退房了，中介告诉我要付水费，我说可以没问题，invoice给我，她又开始扯啥estimate一下少付点算了。我直接说，要么你给我invoice，我全额付款，要么我去告你不退bond，她二话不说退bond给我了。

说真的房客和那些住unit的觉得水费不用交或者是整栋分摊就乱用水，却不知道整个悉尼500万人口只靠一个经常半干枯的水库，最多只能再用20年，未来十年我们是一定要喝循环水

通过正规中介整租的话水需要自己去开通的，usage的账单自己会收到自己付。

基本上三个月才会给你发一张。或者直接发到中介。中介给你开张invoice。你把钱打到他们公司账户就好。

这楼歪的，没浪费用水。房东为了省钱只给中介找租客不给中介管理，我们以前没租过不懂规矩。房租都是给要求现金不过中介的，水都给房东关的很小马桶都冲不干净。

没这回事。水费里的service fee是房东的责任。usage是租客的责任。

为什么你要付电气费，不用付水费？

根据合同，你的房东还可以要求你付水的污水费，供应费，甚至市政费和地税都可以的，看你的合同
